Overview

Flex Inc.(Flex) required an expansión of 255,000 s.f. in 2017 and then again in 2024 for an additional 70,000 s.f. at its Aguascalientes main campus, and JLL was the tenant representative.

Results

Site selection negotiations resulted in the final expansions awarded to the existing landlords (RMSG 2016) (Walton Street 2024) due to the creative solutions for operational success at lower costs.  The final result was an extremely crucial operation for the Flex manufacturing base in Mexico.

Upon invitations to negotiate for the expansion project, the JLL team created a competitive scenario with outside expansion options, including the existing landlord for the Flex campus.
