This research offers an in-depth look at the climate plans and actions of 10 major cities in Latin America, including Bogota, Buenos Aires, Guadalajara, Medellin, Mexico City, Monterrey, San Jose CR, Santiago, Sao Paulo, and Rio de Janeiro. With a focus on climate targets and policies, especially those related to buildings, this study places these cities within a global context. It builds on JLL’s Decarbonizing Cities and Real Estate global research, released in May 2022.
